Birth Packages

My Birth Doula Package – £1800

• Free Initial Meeting:
  A video call (up to 45 minutes) where we can connect, discuss your needs and desires around birth, and decide if we’re a good match. No obligation after this meeting.

• Four Bespoke Antenatal Meetings:
  Tailored to your specific needs, each lasting 90 minutes. These sessions can be in person or online, depending on your preference. I have completed extensive training in physiological birth, active birth, women's needs in labour, ecstatic birth, postpartum care, and parenting, and I will incorporate whatever is relevant and useful for you. These meetings can also be scheduled after birth if needed.

• Unlimited Contact:
  Available by phone, messages, or email to answer any questions you may have.

• On-Call Support:
  From week 38 to week 42 of pregnancy. If your birth occurs earlier, I will do my best to attend.

• Attendance During Labour and Birth.

• Two Postnatal Visits:
  To celebrate your baby, discuss your birth, and support you with any questions or needs.

Booking Details:
A £600 deposit is required before the first antenatal meeting (to be decided after our initial call). The remaining balance is to be paid in two instalments of £600 by the time you enter the on-call period at the beginning of week 38. If your financial situation is challenging, a discount or flexible instalment plan can be arranged—just let me know.

Additional Services:
I offer postnatal support at £25 per hour (with a minimum booking of 3 hours) and postnatal recovery massage sessions at £75 per session.
